This one is a really unique pour. A 107 proof bourbon finished in maple syrup barrels with cherry wood staves — and it absolutely shows up in the glass.

𝐍𝐨𝐬𝐞:
Mild spice right up front, followed by a wave of maple sweetness. Cherry notes come through nicely, backed by honey and a soft vanilla that rounds everything out.

𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞:
The grain really shines here — this isn’t one where the finish hides the bourbon. Instead, the maple and cherry complement it beautifully. There’s a mild peppery spice, but it’s balanced by a thick, almost syrupy mouthfeel. That sweetness leans into honey and finishes with a subtle almond butter note that adds a nice layer of depth.

𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡:
Medium to long. The honey and maple sweetness carry through before giving way to a soft, sweet wheat note that lingers just enough to keep you coming back for another sip.
