The aroma opens with a luxurious wave of sweet pipe tobacco and well-aged oak, followed by dark blackberry preserves, burnt caramel, and roasted vanilla bean. Beneath it all lies a warm layer of buttered toffee and baking spices, giving the nose remarkable depth and richness.

𝗣𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘
Rich, dense, and beautifully structured. Sweet tobacco and toasted oak immediately command attention before giving way to creamy brown sugar, cinnamon, roasted pecans, and dark cocoa. The double-oak influence adds texture rather than overpowering the whiskey, creating a velvety mouthfeel with exceptional balance.

𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗦𝗛
Long, warming, and incredibly satisfying. Toasted walnuts, buttery vanilla, and lightly charred marshmallow linger alongside soft leather, seasoned oak, and a touch of lingering baking spice. The finish slowly fades with a comforting warmth that showcases the maturity of the whiskey.

𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟𝗟
This six-year Double Oaked Single Barrel is proof that thoughtful maturation can rival far older bourbons. The transition from a Zak Cooperage #3.5 char barrel into an ISC #1 char barrel adds remarkable complexity while preserving the whiskey’s original character. Rich tobacco, decadent sweetness, layered oak, and a luxurious mouthfeel combine into a bourbon that is bold, refined, and effortlessly balanced—a bottle that drinks well beyond its years.
